Shorter chain length means it can enter the cells with out being broken down. This means it can be used as a source of energy quickly, which can lead to increased focus, energy, and endurance.



WEIGHT LOSS AND OTHER BENEFITS

MCT can be converted into ketones. MCT can aid your body into staying into ketosis (the fat burning state.) MCT has been shown to increase the release of the hormones peptide YY and leptin which support the feeling of “fullness.” A long list of digestive issues can be helped with MCT Oil. If you have issues taking in fats or nutrients, doctors may recommend increasing your consumption of MCT. Studies also show that ketogenic diets may have the ability to ease seizures.
